What We Do
CUMULUS is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, dedicated to supporting individuals across the full spectrum of addiction — from those actively engaged in substance use to those in long-term recovery. We provide products, services, and resources designed to reduce harm, improve quality of life, and create better long-term outcomes.
Our Products & Services
This includes harm reduction kits, fentanyl testing strips, and wellness-focused support such as detox supplements — alongside life coaching, sober coaching, and recovery support services that meet individuals where they are and support progress at every stage.
Our Community Focus
CUMULUS has a particular focus on addiction within the LGBTQ+ community — and gay men specifically. Methamphetamine use is disproportionately prevalent among gay and bisexual men, often intertwined with sexual culture, trauma, and social isolation. We don't look away from that reality. We build resources, content, and support systems that speak directly to it — without shame, without judgment, and without the sanitized language that leaves so many people feeling unseen.
Editorial & Education
CUMULUS produces thought-provoking, unfiltered editorial content that addresses the realities of substance use and recovery — including topics such as chemsex, overdose prevention, and safer use practices. Through honest storytelling and education, we work to increase awareness, reduce risk, and foster informed decision-making.
At its core, the mission is simple: to reduce harm, improve lives, and restore dignity. CUMULUS exists to give a voice to those who have been conditioned to believe they are a stain on society — helping individuals rebuild their sense of self, reclaim their worth, and ultimately use their voices to challenge and eliminate the stigma and shame surrounding addiction.
CUMULUS is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue Code, dedicated to advancing its charitable mission through education, support services, and community-focused programs.
