Methamphetamine use among gay and bisexual men is a public health crisis that is rarely addressed with the directness it deserves. Studies estimate that gay and bisexual men are significantly more likely to use meth than the general population — often in contexts tied to sex, community, and belonging. The consequences include addiction, psychosis, relationship breakdown, and profound isolation. CUMULUS exists to fill the gap left by mainstream recovery programs that were not built with this community in mind. We don't require rock bottom. We meet people where they are.
